The operation before Arborn
Tariff questions, contract clauses and outage procedures lived in separate systems and in the heads of a few senior staff. Frontline teams either searched four places or asked the same experts — answers took days and versions drifted.
What we built
Arborn Context was connected to the approved contract store, the tariff database and the ticketing history. Answers carry their source and respect existing access rules; nothing outside approved sources is used.
What it connected
CRM records, the document management system, ticketing archive and the internal tariff tables — behind existing single sign-on and permissions, through Arborn One.
The result
Over a 60-day pilot with two regional teams, the average time from question to sourced answer fell from 2.1 days to 8 minutes. Pilot figures; production rollout is being measured next.
What came next
With the foundation in place, the churn-risk views of Arborn Insight are being evaluated on the same connections — no new integration project required.
